When to use the sheet set:
cover your mattress and sheets when sleeping in high wireless radiation environments at home or when travelling, or lay one over your doona cover for faster installation
during airtravel or in other public or private transport - cover your entire body and/or head - do not cover your face if operating a vehicle
when using a wireless device - for children, adults and pregnant women - cover your upper and lower body
cover windows and walls
 
How to install the sheet:
Lay one EMF Bed Sheet (they are the same size) on the mattress and tuck in under the mattress at the sides and ends.  All sheets are 250cms in length so measure the length using a tape measure if you are unsure which way to install them
Cover that EMF Bottom Sheet with your mattress protector and/or your regular cotton fitted sheet
Lay your regular cotton flat sheet over the mattress as usual
Lay one EMF Bed Sheet over the flat sheet, ensuring that the regular cotton sheet can be folded down over the EMF Bed Sheet at the bed head end (simply to keep it cleaner for longer)
Fold the regular cotton flat sheet over the top edge of the EMF Bed Sheet
Tuck all sheets under the sides and end of the mattress
Ensure all openings, except the top, are still tucked in or draped over the edges after you get in
For best results turn off all electrical circuits in the ceilings, walls and floors of the sleeping area
Verify the levels with an RF, AC electric field meter and body voltage meter
We recommend that the location, quantity and proper installation be determined by a trained EMF specialist like Safer EMF. This fabric will reflect Radio Frequency Radiation and improper installation or use could result in increased exposure.

The bottom sheet is a flat sheet designed to be laid over and tucked under the mattress, like wrapping a present
We recommend using a regular cotton top sheet under your EMF top sheet and regular cotton bottom sheets over your EMF bottom sheet
Not supplied: Pillow cases. EMF pillow cases are not considered necessary, providing no additional protection and would simply add to the price, so we suggest using your own regular cotton or silk pillow cases
