Edge sealing is required to ensure the no moisture come in contact with the edge of the film. This will protect the edges from pealing away from the window and keep moisture away from the edge of the film. It is best to do this once the film has completely dried (approx. 1 – 2 weeks)
The location, quantity and proper installation of this film should be determined by a trained EMF specialist like Safer EMF. This film will reflect Radio Frequency Radiation and improper installation can result in increased exposure. 
In order to ensure optimum screening performance, the specialist should assess the living space for Radio Frequency “RF” Radiation. Before and after measurements are important to determine the overall effectiveness of the shield.
