Our Wireless to Wired IT conversion service is suitable for those that already understand the risks of exposure to EMF's and want to move straight into solutions mode, converting many of their wireless devices to wired, significantly lowering their exposure to EMF's . Our EMF IT Advisor will meet with you online via phone, video or email. We will tailor our consultation to suit your needs, wants and budget and guide you to a safer yet practical solution for you and your family. We have an extensive range of practical and affordable solutions to reduce your exposure to wireless radiation which emits from wireless devices, including: WiFi tablets mobile phones smart tv & remotes portable & wired speakers home or work desk phone laptop or desktop keyboard & mouse printer home security baby monitor modem ear buds & wireless headphones Nintendo Switch You can still opt to use WiFi, 3/4G and emitting wireless devices if you wish, it's totally your decision and we will work with that showing you how to reduce your exposure regardless. Most clients opt for a bit of both, wired and wireless. During the 1 hour online, we will prepare a plan with you to eliminate most, if not all, wireless radio frequency radiation (RFR) by showing you how to turn off the antennas in the emitting devices and guiding you to install safer technology solutions including safe modems, ethernet cables and adaptors. You may need to need to engage an electrician or data cabler to install cavity ethernet cables and data points, depending on your needs and wants, we will prepare a basic cabling plan for them. We include an additional 1 hour offline to summarise the next steps in an email, order and post equipment and scope out niche solutions for you. Additional hours are charged at $95/hour. Typically most clients will book 2 x online appointments to see the conversion through to completion. Hardware like cables, adaptors, modems, switches and specialised equipment are billed separately at the end of the consultation. Our EMF IT Advisor will advise the cost of each item recommended and seek your approval before quoting and ordering these. As a guide, our hardware charges are: cables from $5 to $50, adaptors $40 to $250, modems $200, small switches $50 to $100, all passed on at our cost price.
