Pre-purchase EMF Inspection

ONSITE SERVICES BOOKED OUT - ONLINE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE Our EMF assessor will visit the site to conduct a pre-purchase EMF inspection. A written report will be provided within 24 hours. We aim to spend 2-3 hours onsite and in the local area for an extensive review of RF wireless radiation and a shorter review of key risk areas for magnetic, electric and dirty electricity radiation. We will need access to the property to conduct a thorough review but can also take street or external measurements if that is all that can be arranged. We will also briefly assess the local area within 500 metres of the property for EMF. Our written report will include the key measurements noted, observations and recommendations. The measurements will be benchmarked against Building Biology Standards. We do not advise whether you should or should not purchase the property but rather we aim to provide sufficient information to enable you to make that decision for yourself. If the property is > 1 hour from the Gold Coast or we are fully booked we can express post hire meters and guide you to complete the measurements whilst we will complete a desktop analysis report including details of the local sites emitting wireless radiation, including 5G and NBN mobile phone antennas and airport radar.
